I’ve stayed at Extended Stay America on Woodruff Rd for quite a while, and I honestly feel like I’ve found a second home here. Everyone has been so sweet, friendly, and genuinely caring — the staff has become like family to me. My room has always been clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the quiet, safe location makes it even better. I’m so grateful for all the kindness and support during my stay, and I would gladly stay here again anytime! Moe, Jennifer, Rafael, and Lala was AWESOME!! Ioved my experience here.
I love this place. Always super clean and smells amazing. Everyone at the front desk are super nice and accommodating! They really make you feel at home and the prices are great. Breakfast is grab and go, but that's ok! I would definitely recommend.
The stay was wonderful!! And shout out to Miguel!! He was the most pleasant person ever! I was happy to see him at the desk, if he wasn't there I would honestly be kind of sad. Whatever I needed or asked for, he was willing to supply with the brightest smile. Rooms were very clean as well as utensils. My boyfriend and I cooked every morning and night so the kitchenette was definitely a plus and the only reason why we chose this location was for the kitchen. But, we will be coming back!
This is one of the best extended stays that I have stayed in! The front desk staff and manager is awesome!! It’s a little more than I like to pay but the environment is great!! This time around I had to clean my room a little more but still not too bad!! I will definitely consider them every time I am in the area for an extended amount of time!!

Convenience. We skipped a four day downtown stay for a week at this location for the same price. Cooking in the room saved us $$$. Lala and Rafael at the front desk were amazing and helpful! My only concern was the wifi on the top floor was bad. Otherwise thumbs up!
Amber and her staff are very professional and polite. They help you feel at home being away from home. Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in my 20 plus years plus traveling. My wife was afraid of the low price. I said I liked the extended Stay that I stayed in Georgia. This hotel in Greenville was also very nice. Thank you so much! Shout out to Moe! She checked us in. We even got an extra blanket at about 10pm.
